Cairo, Sinai and Red Sea Egypt ItineraryDay 1: When you arrive in Cairo, our representative will help you through luggage identification, passport control formalities & portage will greet you. Transfer from the airport via private A/C car or mini-bus to your hotel for check in and overnight. Day 2: After breakfast we check out of hotel and start with a guided tour in Giza visiting the awesome majestic Pyramids of Cheops, Cherfrern and Mykerionos to view these spectacular man-made monuments. We then take a tour to the great Sphinx that guards the Royal Burial Chambers and temple of Cheops. NOTE: Before going to the Egyptian museum this is the best time to take a break for lunch (not included in price) or visit to Papyrus Gallery (included in tour price). Our next stop is the Egyptian museum in the afternoon. Thereafter we visit the renowned Citadel that was built by Saladin in the 12th Century. Finally we go to the legendary Khan El Khalili bazaar district for shopping. Return to the hotel and overnight in Cairo. Day 3: The day start by us driving from Cairo to the Sinai region where we cross the Suez Canal. We then drive along the coast past the spring of Ayun Musa. Our next stop is at the biggest oasis in Sinai called the Wadi Firan. Continue driving to St. Catherine Monastery. Overnight in Camp. Day 4: Here we start by climbing Mount Sinai at Jebel Muse - 2,285 meters. We then visit the Monastery if its open. After the climb go to Wadi Gazelle and ride camels. Camp overnight in the open desert. Day 5: On day 5 we continue driving across the mountains, magical oasis and dunes. Your Lunch and dinner will be served along the way including fresh Bedouin breads. Camp overnight in the open desert. Day 6: Our first stop on this day is a drive to the fascinating Colored Canyon. We then continue to Nuweiba, situated on the Aqaba Gulf. The remainder of the day is free for leisure, swimming or snorkeling. Overnight in camp. Day 7: Today is free for leisure, swimming or snorkeling. In the afternoon return to Cairo. Overnight in Cairo. Day 8: Breakfast and check out of hotel.
