Tour Itinerary On this day, your day starts with a drive in by A/C bus from Aswan to Abu Simbel. When we arrive at Abu Simbel, you will visit the Temple of Ramses & that of Queen Nefertari. These two tombs are some of the magnificent in the world and also that their removal & reconstruction was an historic event in itself. When the temples (280 km from Aswan) were threatened by submersion in Lake Nasser. The two temples, which of Ramesses II primarily dedicated to Re-Harakhte and that of his wife, Nefertari dedicated to Hathor. After touring the temples you will transfer back to Aswan by A/C bus.
